ADIHEX 2021 develops its electronic platforms
ADIHEX 2021 develops its electronic platforms to enhance interaction between exhibitors and visitors
Abu Dhabi, March…
The Emirates Falconers’ Club has launched a
number of interactive and informative online platforms and services for Abu
Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX). These platforms
play an important role in attracting exhibitors, sponsors, and the public to
the biggest event of its kind in the Middle East and Africa region, and its
role as the an exceptional global platform from which to launch and promote
products, develop business, find distributors, create new partnerships, and
support its message of preserving and promoting cultural heritage.
These platforms include a new Arabic /
English website and all ADIHEX social media accounts, which are updated frequently
to keep the followers up-to-date with all the data and information about ADIHEX throughout the year.
Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh
Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region and
Chairman of the Emirates Falconers’ Club, the 18th edition of Abu Dhabi
International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX 2021) will be organized
by the Emirates Falconers’ Club from September 27 to October 3, 2021, at the
Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
The Chairman of the Higher Organizing
Committee, His Excellency Majid Ali Al Mansouri, Secretary General of the
Emirates Falconers’ Club, said that enhancing the electronic platforms of ADIHEX
reflects the high standing of the event as one of the most important heritage
and cultural events on the map of regional and international exhibitions, and a
realisation of the UAE's leadership in the field of information technology and
digital media. These platforms will facilitate social communications that
centre around and intersect the Exhibition’s theme and related topics. It is
also in line with the government’s vision of establishing interactive
electronic infrastructure and the foundations of smart government services.
This is especially pertinent considering that the UAE is leading the emergence
from the crisis of the Corona epidemic, both on the health level and in the
remote continuity of business. It also aims to enhance the electronic features
of ADIHEX to achieve further development of permanent services and facilities for
national, regional, and international companies, deepen communication with
specialised companies, and open new channels of communication with thousands of
interested parties all over the world.
The website and social media platforms
provide interested parties with all the information they need to participate in
the Exhibition and complete their reservations online.
The website features an exciting replay of
highlights from previous editions and a clean and contemporary layout with easy
navigation and interactivity for a pleasant browsing experience. It also
includes a list of participating exhibitors and a reservation map, both of
which are updated regularly. The site also features an interface packed with
information and details that highlight the depth and variety of activities and
events at ADIHEX, which are closely linked to the human cultural heritage.
There is also a gallery of photographs and video clips from previous editions
(ADIHEX 2018 and ADIHEX 2019) and a special section where local, Arab and,
international media can register to be provided with the latest press releases
issued by ADIHEX.
The site includes the terms and conditions
that must be observed, especially with regards to the Convention on
International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). It
also provides comprehensive information about the procedures for buying and
selling hunting weapons during the Exhibition, which will be of interest to
manufacturers and buyers alike and includes a section on hunting knives, bows
and arrows. There is also full information regarding the participation in the
arts and crafts sector.
Exhibitors can use the digital ‘Sales’ page
to view an interactive map of the exhibition, complete their reservations, and
organise any ancillary services and events. They will also be able to create an
account with a company profile, share information and pictures of their
products and services, and upload other promotional materials.
The website has an exhibitor directory with
an event brochure featuring all the information needed for booking spaces,
sponsorship packages and their benefits, as well as accessing marketing
support.
Exhibitors and sponsors can choose from a
variety of marketing packages that are best suited to promoting their brands
and expanding their international reach. Some of these packages include free
display areas and other valuable perks.
The B2B platform is an easy and convenient
way for exhibitors and sponsors to contact other exhibitors, sponsors,
entrepreneurs, and stakeholders at ADIHEX, to explore and develop new business
opportunities and partnerships and arrange meetings.
One of the most important features of the
website is the ‘Exhibition Guide’ which will be launched soon. The guide will
contain information on all the logistical and technical services that participants
might require, including shipping and transportation, hotel reservation,
building and equipping pavilions, obtaining exhibitor permits, parking permits,
financial services, and other useful information. These services will be
provided either directly by the organizers or through the official exhibition
contractors.
For the first time in its history, the next
edition of ADIHEX will be held over a period of seven days. This is part of the
strategy which meets the growing aspirations of falconry, hunting, and
equestrian enthusiasts and professionals around the world.
With a 16-fold increase in the number of
exhibitors in previous years, ADIHEX 2019 hosted more than 670 exhibitors from
41 countries. All were eager to showcase and promote their latest products and
innovations in the 11 sectors of ADIHEX, where sales exceeded AED 70 million
(approximately $ 20 million).
