The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition have launched through its website many interactive digital services and promotional benefits for all the exhibiting companies, to ensure easy and seamless procedures for hundreds of exhibitors who are interested in participating in the 11 sectors of the exhibition, namely Arts and Crafts, Equestrian, Falconry, Hunting Tourism and Safari, Hunting and Camping Equipment, Hunting Guns, Preservation of Environment and Cultural Heritage, Outdoor Leisure Vehicles and Equipment, Veterinary Products and Services, Fishing Equipment and Marine Sports, and Media.

The upcoming 19th edition (ADIHEX 2022) will be organized by the Emirates Falconers’ Club (EFC) from September 26 to October 2, 2022, and sponsored by the Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi, the International Fund for Houbara Conservation (IFHC), and the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC) where the event takes place.

ADIHEX 2021 has achieved unprecedented success that exceeded all expectations. According to exhibitors, visitors, and representatives of Arab and international news agencies, ADIHEX established its position as the biggest event of its kind in the Middle East and Africa Region and the most popular in the world.

ADIHEX website serves as a service tool for the participants, which is available to all exhibitors and is protected by a password. Their account enables them to book various services as well as follow all-important event information in one place.

Exhibitors can update their company's profile & brands, share information and photos about their products and services, at the same time upload promotional materials for their products and manufactured goods. They can also find the latest press releases, access the exhibitor directory, and download the sales brochure that includes all the price details for booking space at the Exhibition. Moreover, they can obtain sponsorship packages and their various benefits, have access to marketing support, and promote services via social media platforms.

The website provides an interactive floorplan of the event, where exhibitors can directly choose the vacant space they desire, remotely finalize all booking procedures, and choose from the available options. On top of that, they can select additional services including activity organization, participation in the ADIHEX conference, workshops, features, and events.

The interactive digital model for sales and reservations is Arabic and English enabled, through which exhibitors and sponsors can choose among various marketing packages that suit their requirements and needs in promoting their brands and expanding their reach all over the world, whereas some of these packages include free spaces and valuable marketing benefits. 

Exhibitors and sponsors can connect with other exhibitors, sponsors, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders regarding their activities, products, and services to seize as many collaboration opportunities and partnerships as possible.

All exhibitors who have confirmed registration will be able to directly access the B2B platform for direct business between companies, whereby they can book meetings, receive meeting requests, and make deals with other exhibitors.

The exhibitor’s manual guide also contains the logistics and technical services including the stand set up, electricity supply, obtaining exhibitor badges, parking tickets, cleaning services, and other useful information related to building stands and available options as well. These services are provided either by ADIHEX organizers or the stand contractors.

The ADIHEX post-show report, provides an overview of its last edition, including various data, graphic charts, and surveys on the satisfaction of both exhibitors and visitors, whereas 92% of the exhibitors confirmed their participation again, considering that ADIHEX is an important trade event with high purchasing power.

The 18th edition (Abu Dhabi 2021) attracted more than 105,000 visitors and was held on in an area of 50,000 square meters, with the participation of more than 680 exhibitors and brands from 44 countries that were keen to display their latest innovations through 11 diverse sectors.

Several business benefits, including a B2B service, were launched, to support new and SMEs who joined ADIHEX. Pre-scheduled meetings between buyers and exhibitors were facilitated to promote their participation and ensure their success. Furthermore, ADIHEX management assigned a specialized team of business conformity specialists who had worked to ensure the coordination of many professional commercial meetings throughout the days of the event.

In its last edition, ADIHEX brought a series of 90 workshops, hosted an outstanding line-up of speakers, and presented edutainment and new content to its audience, as well as new professional content to hundreds of representatives of companies and competent authorities during the 7 days of the event.
