Intensive preparations for the 19th edition of ADIHEX

The 19th edition of ADIHEX will start on 26 September, 2022

With over 680 specialized companies and brands from 44 countries participating in its 11 sectors, and covering an area of 50 thousand square meters, ADIHEX 2021 consolidated its high regional and international position. It is expected that the next edition (ADIHEX 2022) will be larger in terms of number of exhibitors, countries, area, and features.

Arab and international media described ADIHEX as the largest event of its kind in the Middle East and Africa in terms of space, number of exhibitors, and participants. They also considered it the largest hunting and equestrian exhibition in the world in terms of public turnout, with more than 1.75 million visitors attending it since its launch, of whom 105 thousand visitors were in the last edition. Most of these visitors are keen enthusiasts of heritage sports and activities, particularly falconry, equestrian, safari trips, camping, and different types of hunting. This success was achieved despite the difficult health and economic conditions resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic.


In a survey conducted by an international research institute concerned with the exhibition industry, 91% of exhibitors confirmed their participation in the next edition (ADIHEX 2022). Also, 92% of them confirmed that they were satisfied / very satisfied with their participation in ADIHEX 2021, which was held last September, and that their sales met their expectations from participating in the exhibition. They consider ADIHEX an important commercial event with very high sales potential.

Exhibitors considered that the most important reasons for participating at ADIHEX are finding new business opportunities and increasing direct sales, meeting new agents and partners, making deals, entering new markets, interacting with specialists in various industries, raising awareness of their brands and the goods and services they provide, and launching new innovative products.


In terms of visitors, 94% of the respondents expressed their satisfaction with the activities of ADIHEX, while 99% confirmed that it is an important, must-visit event. Also, 93% of hunting enthusiasts stated that they intend to make purchases or make other deals with companies they visited at the exhibition in the coming months.

ADIHEX visitors were very satisfied with the number of offered products and services, in addition to more than 80 activities and features that were organized during the seven days of the exhibition. They pointed out that this event is of great importance to Emirati culture, as it highlights the heritage of the Emirates and allows visitors from around the world to experience it. ADIHEX presented a series of more than 120 workshops and hosted around 90 speakers and more than 800 delegates from falconry and sustainable hunting organizations and associations from around the world.

His Excellency Majid Ali Al Mansouri, the Chairman of the Higher Organizing Committee of ADIHEX and the Secretary General of the Emirates Falconers’ Club, extended his sincere gratitude and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers’ Club, for their support to ADIHEX, and to all local efforts that contribute to protecting Emirati and human heritage and instilling it in the hearts of people, confirming that the fruits of these efforts go beyond the local scope to reach the global level.


His Excellency expressed his happiness with all successes achieved during the 18th edition of ADIHEX, as well as the wide variety of programs that were packed with events, presentations, and seminars which attracted huge audiences. He thanked participants from inside and outside the UAE, including companies, exhibitors, sponsors, businessmen and visitors from all over the world. He also praised the great role of all media, especially the local ones, in achieving the success of ADIHEX 2021 that exceeded expectations. 

He confirmed that the next edition of ADIHEX, which will be organized on the 26, 2022 for a period of 7 consecutive days, will present a vast array of products, innovations, and new features that meet the aspirations of exhibitors and visitors interested in the sectors of the largest hunting and equestrian exhibition and heritage preservation in the Middle East and Africa region.
