Raw space is the rental of floor space only and does not include any utilities, services, walls or furnishings. Additional services need to be ordered separately through the Exhibitor Services Manual, available online. Exhibitor registration includes web listing; free listing in the Event Directory and product showcase

If you cannot participate for ADIHEX due to this reason, the organizer will refund the full amount that you paid for your stand booking Directory and product showcase

The Exhibitor Zone is an online exhibitor service tool available to all registered exhibitors. This is a password-protected area in which you can book various services and see all important event information in one place. Personal access information is automatically sent out to the company’s main contact person for ADIHEX. The Exhibitor Manual contains the technical services offered to exhibitors, such as booth construction, electricity, exhibitor badges, parking tickets, cleaning and other useful information about stand construction. These services are provided by either organizers or the contractual partners of ADIHEX.

The list of mandatory and optional forms which will be filled by the Exhibitors can be found in the Exhibitor Manual.

This is normally published online 6 to 7 months prior to the event and can be found under Exhibitor Zone.

Exhibitors may edit or complete their company information through the Exhibitor Zone on the event website.

Exhibitors are entitled to one free website listing of which does not exceed 150 words.

Exhibitor passes can be requested through ADIHEX team. A form will be sent to be filled up by all exhibitor. If you have not received the Exhibitor Pass form, please contact operation@adihex.com . The registration must be completed prior to the deadline. Due to the high profile of many attendees, registration to this event requires the below documents:

Exhibitor Badges may be collected from the Exhibitors helpdesk onsite prior to the opening of the show or 2 nd day of buildup. The schedule will be shared closer to the event.

ADIHEX traffic guide will be sent by email 2 weeks prior to the date of stand build-up, which shows entrances, vehicle access points, parking lots and service facilities.

Multi-storey car park A & B are available to exhibitors and visitors. Exhibitors are entitled of a free parking tickets during the 5-day of the event depending on the number of sqm booked. Additional parking tickets can be purchased at the ADNEC business centre.

You can contact the official stand contractor of ADIHEX regarding your additional furniture requirements, stand building procedures, customize stand designs, electrical and water requirements and all other related services.

Space Exhibitors are fully responsible for building their own stand. They should appoint a contractor for their stand build up and break down.

Shell Scheme stands will be provided by the organizers and will be delivered to exhibitors ready for set-up.

No, you would need a reinforced wall panel, a display panel or a TV stand. A reinforced wall panel is a 5mm thick wooden panel which provides support to anything you want to hang on the wall.

Shell scheme wall panels can hold a hanging item of up to 2kg in weight. Please contact the official stand contractor for more details.

For health and safety reasons you’re not allowed to expand beyond your stand area.

You can apply vinyl stickers or double sided tape directly to your wall, but no permanent fixings such as hooks, screws, nails or paint. If you want to install a completely seamless graphic panel, please contact the event's official stand contractor.

Any lost property should be handed in to the ADNEC Security Office located level 1 by Car Park B. All items received by ADNEC Security will be logged then stored in a vault at the Security Office. In order to claim an item, the person needs to complete a Lost and Found Receipt form and submit a copy of their photo ID. Items will be kept for 6 months only then passed to Abu Dhabi Police. If a lost item is reported but not received by ADNEC Security then personal details will be taken (name, mobile no, full description of the item), and they will be contacted should the item be handed in. Lost Property can be contacted via the Security Office on 02 4064164 or 4158 (or internally via ext.: 4164 / 4158)

In case of a missing child found, ADNEC’s Security Staff will accompany the child to Organizers Office. Organizers Offices are located next to each Hall Entrance. The organiser will announce by Public Announcement System the details of the child asking for the parent or guardian to come forward. In the case of a missing child reported, all venue Security Staff will immediately be notified via radio regarding the missing child with the child’s description (color of clothes, age, nationality, name). The child’s companion who is looking for him or her will be guided to and asked to wait at the Organizers Office until the child is found.

There are two multi-storey car parks at ADNEC, with over 6000 spaces that have direct access into the Exhibition Centre.
