‘Bynuna Military & Hunting Equipment Trading’ To Participate for the Ninth Time

Prominent Emirati & International Hunting Weaponry Companies Confirm Their Attendance at ADIHEX

Abu Dhabi, July 17, 2021 

Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers’ Club, the 18th edition of Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX), the biggest event of its kind in the Middle East and Africa, will be organized by the Emirates Falconers’ Club from September 27 till the 3rd of October 2021, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). 

ADIHEX attracts annually many leading hunting weapons manufacturers, such sector is considered one of the most prominent events that fans await every year.  The permitted weapons to exhibit include hunting rifles, pistols, traditional swords and daggers, hunting knifes, wooden and plastic archery units, and air guns; which were allowed to be sold in ADIHEX 2019 within specific criteria. 

ADIHEX is officially sponsored by the Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi (EAD), International Fund for Houbara Conservation (IFHC), Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), and the sector sponsor ‘Bynuna Military & Hunting Equipment Trading LLC’, in addition to the event features sponsors ‘Smart Design, Al Fares International Tents and Dhabian Equestrian Club. ‘’  

Hunting weapons manufacturing companies recorded a high visiting rate in ADIHEX 2019, where various types of weapons specially designed for ADIHEX were  showcased with innovative techniques, attracting hunting weapons enthusiasts.  

In the next edition, (ADIHEX 2021),Bynuna Miltary & Hunting Equipment Trading LLC, the prestigious Emirati company in the field of hunting, outdoor shooting and trading of ammunitions, hunting guns, and relevant accessories, will be participating in the Hunting Guns sector.

The Higher Organizing Committee of ADIHEX has launched the “Hunting Guns Sector Guideline” for exhibitors, which includes instructions from the Abu Dhabi Police General Directorate, where the sale of hunting weapons is subject to various requirements, procedures and preconditions that are presented clearly to the concerned exhibitors to ensure full compliance with them.  

ADIHEX attracts annually hundreds of international companies and thousands of business leaders, buyers, decision makers and interested individuals from more than 120 nationalities, representing a big opportunity for exploration, innovation and building a wide worldwide business network from Abu Dhabi. 

Sales have jumped significantly during the last edition in the Hunting Guns sector, where the value of direct sales through showcase platforms exceeded AED 35 million.   

The UAE Ministry of Interior and the Abu Dhabi Police General Directorate have developed e-programs for licensing processes to acquire hunting weapons, speeding up procedures for obtaining them, and coordinating with the licensing authorities of the GCC and other countries. 

 Facilitations were granted for the first time in the last edition of ADIHEX , by giving the opportunity to each UAE citizen, who have completed 21 years of age, to possess three weapons from the exhibition, as well as allowing the sale of air guns for the first time, according to certain preconditions, contributing to a rise in sales in an unprecedented way.

Visitors from all countries are allowed to buy weapons from the exhibition, but with providing a license and a non-objection letter from their respective countries, clarifying the number of weapons and the permitted types.
